The Apartments

Originally built as a Victorian hotel circa 1844, Salty Holidays now comprises 5 self catering holiday apartments, each with its own parking and independent access and with a separate lounge, kitchen, bedroom(s) and bathroom(s).

All apartments are decorated with a nice coastal theme and have wi-fi, Smart TV, a dvd player and a fully equipped kitchen. Beds have comfy mattresses and puffy pillows and duvets. Crisp white bed linen and towels are all provided.

We have a selection of games, toys, books and magazines, a laundry room, and there is also a small garden overlooking the sea for guests to use. Some apartments have their own private balcony (4 & 5). All apartments have their own parking space.

Some apartments have an American style wall bed in the lounge to provide an extra sleeping area if required. This fully sprung, double bed is made up for your use and is folded back against the wall and concealed in a cupboard (apts 4, 5, 6 and 7).

We welcome well behaved dogs in some of our apartments (5, 6 and 7).

Ventnor is hilly and there are lots of steps to all the apartments, hence the accommodation not suitable for those with mobility problems.

This spacious 1st floor apartment has full panoramic sea views over Ventnor Bay and the beach from the lounge/diner. There are 2 sets of french doors leading to its own private balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the view. No dogs allowed in Pebble apartment.

Apartment 3 - Seashell

This spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, lounge and seperate diner. Situated on a split level at the rear of the building it does not have sea views. No dogs allowed in Seashell apartment.

Please note that whilst we have fast WIFI in the rest of the building, we struggle to get good speeds in all areas of this apartment due to the very thick Victorian walls in the property.

In the apartments we provide:

- bed linen and towels (but please bring your own beach towels)

- tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits on arrival

- salt and pepper

- tea towels, washing up liquid and dish cloths

- hand soaps, hand towels and tissues.

- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and clothes airers

- Books, magazines & DVDs
